Gamma's Cupcakes

My mom makes a mean cupcake.  Homemade with buttery icing and lots of it.   The kids love them.   For Valentine's Day Gamma sent some in the mail with bags of extra icing.  It was awesome.  The cupcakes arrived on a perfect night.  I made vegetable lasagna which always goes over like a lead balloon with Thing One and Thing Two.  However with Gamma's cupcakes waiting on the counter it all seemed to go down a little easier.
